Wow, impressive! This will be a must use for my next site I am planning for later this year! When I started, I had a computer programmer scare me about having to learn HTML, Java etc.

I did eventually pay someone (outsourced!) to put up my site but my layout as I could not tweak my thesis theme on my own. My current site is not too different than the child’s theme :)

Thanks for sharing. Keep the tips coming!

The nice thing about Genesis and the Professional Blogger theme is their ease of use and ability to learn them quickly. Like a said in the video, you can basically use them straight out of the box. Add the few tweaks that I gave with the extra links, and you’ve got a nice looking site -= quick, easy and on the cheap!

Thanks for stopping by – stay tuned, more tips on the way!

    Frank – great vid.

I love Genesis and have just bought the Pro Plus package.
I’ll mention the built in SEO of Genesis and the great coding, which gives fast load times.
Two more reasons to go with Genesis.

Not heard of “Professional Blogger Child Theme” but it looks pretty good.
Green and red both look good as does the white theme.
Does it allow you to set up a page based website or is it a blog based site only?

Looks as though Genesis are really taking over from Thesis.

At the moment I use Elegant themes but at some point will change over to Genesis.

Hey Keith – congrats on the Pro Plus – great stuff.

Yep – you can do page based.

I have a friend who uses a lot of the themes from Elegant – she swears by them!

      Thesis who? :)

        Frank
Nick Roach over at Elegant Themes produces themes to die for.
They all have that Wow factor… but my theme is pretty slow to load and since Google now looks at page load time… you get my drift.

Sorry to mention the T theme but I looked at T theme, Genesis and Headway before I bought Genesis and came down on the side of Genesis.
Plus I know that Danny B uses Genesis and the Pro Plus package allows you to use any of the themes on clients sites.

BTW – you do make a great vid.
I’m running a video series on my blog at the moment, if you get a minute, I’d love a comment from you.

That’s what Jackie says about Nick as well.

I use Headway on a dif site and love it!

Thanks Keith – heading over now…
